For sale is a unique data/CPA (cost per acquisition marketing) company monetizing multiple aspects of data and CPA business currently focused on BizOp, Auto Insurance, and Life Insurance niches.
What started as an experiment a few years ago grew organically to include multiple divisions, each of which seamlessly ties into the next to add further value, generating six digit revenues each month with a healthy profit margin. Most of the revenue of the company is generated internally through in-house processes handled by their own staff of highly skilled people.
Each division in the company has recurring revenues for as long as existing efforts continue. The business will run by itself, and unless something drastic happens, revenues of $70,000-$80,000 per month are quite easy within the existing framework.
CPA (cost per acquisition marketing) Division has recurring revenue upwards of 18 months. Traffic Division has recurring revenue currently in the 7th consecutive month. They have over a dozen contracts with networks for CPA. For traffic, they have 4-5 major clients and several dozen small clients who buy from them. All divisions have recurring clients. Some clients have upwards of $1000 a day for traffic, and some clients have smaller ongoing subscriptions for traffic. For CPA, it is based entirely on how many leads they send to customers.
The new owner will find it quite easy to take over the existing operations as the full team, knowhow, and infrastructure will be transferred along with ownership. Unless the owner already has a team and wants to migrate the whole process, then training (including personal visit to site) and ongoing support can be included for a period of time. All divisions have experienced managers and everyone communicates in English and are available US hours. They are well equipped to run their divisions by themselves.
Strong project management processes ensure that all reporting is available in realtime on cloud services and redundancy protocols are already in place. Existing partners are quite comfortable working with the businesses processes and migrating them over is quite easy. Full training will be included, with videos, process documents, and access to existing collaboration tools.
All IP is owned by the business There are no patents or trademarks. Traffic membership site is the only part of the business which has been coded and it will be transferred to the buyer. The other services are all designed in-house. No other IP is part of the operation currently.

The business was a CPA experiment that succeeded and built its other divisions around it. Along with CPA and data, work on another company also was started by the owners, and that is the reason business development effort on this business has not been high. Focus was always split up between the 2 companies, and they chose to spend time on the other division out of passion. This business is very healthy in processes and revenues. That is why the owners kept it growing through the last 2 years though focus was split. Now the other business is ready to go to the next level and it is time to move on.
